I am the Renewable Power Team manager at Veyt, where I coordinate our efforts to build a platform that provides transparency, analytics and foresight on renewable power and Energy Attribute Certificate (EAC) markets globally. There is a good deal of opacity and complexity in these markets, with weather conditions, evolving policies, and coupling of markets and sectors coming into play. One of my core tasks at Veyt is to simplify these complexities for our clients, enabling them to optimise their market engagement and make cost-efficient decarbonisation decisions.

I am an EAC market expert with close to a decade of experience working with renewable energy law and markets across the world. I like to draw from my multi-cultural and stakeholder experience when developing services that speak to different kinds of clients from around the globe. I find this job at Veyt very exciting, with its rapid vertical and horizontal growth across markets.

I started my career by writing a PhD on how the evolution of local and global laws and standards affect the formation of EAC markets around the world. Working at Veyt allows me to deploy this knowledge and apply my skills in conducting legal and market research in different parts of the world. I enjoy how my skills are complemented by our quantitative experts and data scientists, as we jointly develop first-class analytics and predictive models that support market participants’ and decision-makers’ efforts towards a net-zero emission society.
