Update: MSR invalidation agreement in trilogue

A provisional agreement has been reached between European Parliament and Council negotiators on the Commission’s targeted amendment on the Market Stability Reserve. The compromise sets the invalidation threshold for European Union Allowances (EUAs), after the Council and the Parliament, led by rapporteur Pierfrancesco Maran, proposed different levels.
