Take the MSR reform and move on?

The Commission hopes its two-step plan with a fast-track MSR supply-boost and the general ETS review to start in July will be enough the get ten member states eager for market intervention onboard.

On 19-20 March, European leaders convene for a summit (EUCO) to address some of the grave and urgent challenges facing the continent, including the war in the Middle East, persistently high energy prices and European industry’s loss of competitiveness.
