Early auction ETS2 auctions to start 18 January 2027

The 2027 ETS2 auction calendar is now published, giving the market its first clear view of early EUA2 supply. With 293.2 million allowances scheduled for auction and volumes front-loaded at the start of the year, the calendar sets an important foundation for liquidity and price formation ahead of ETS2’s 2028 launch.
