The Auction Regulation does not seem to prevent the possibility of a quick adjustment of the auction calendar when this is occasioned by amendments to the Regulation itself or to the ETS Directive. That said, we still see it as more likely that the European Commission will wait and incorporate the REPowerEU volumes from September onwards.
