Omnibus simplification to move quickly – what’s next for CBAM?

The CBAM Regulation is undergoing a simplification makeover as policymakers seek to alleviate administrative burden for European companies. Having just cleared a vote in the European Parliament’s ENVI committee, the legislation appears to have broad support among European legislators.
