I am a Renewable Power Analyst at Veyt, working across our renewable power products with a focus on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs). My role involves analysing policy developments, conducting quantitative research, and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for our clients.
I am motivated by the energy transition as one of the defining challenges of our time, extending far beyond climate protection alone. What particularly drives my interest is the complexity created by the interaction between climate science, economics, policy, and geopolitics, and how these forces shape renewable power markets.
My background combines economic consulting at a German think thank with hands-on experience in origination at a Hamburg-based independent power producer. Through my consulting work, I developed strong capabilities in policy analysis, structured research, and evidence-based assessment. In origination, I gained first-hand insight into the commercial realities, risks, and opportunities faced by renewable energy market participants.
This combination enables me to cut through market noise, identify what truly matters, and support Veyt’s clients by delivering focused analyses that reflects both regulatory developments and real-world industry needs. My objective is to contribute, in a modest, but meaningful way, to the global transition away from fossil fuels by helping decision-makers navigate renewable power markets with clarity and confidence.
