I am contributing to the development of Veyt’s modelling framework for European Carbon, with a focus on the EU ETS 2. I will also play a key role in developing and operating predictive models for the EU ETS and an increasing number of emissions trading systems around the world.
I began my career in financial markets as a quantitative analyst and economist, building models to forecast macroeconomic variables and asset prices. I have managed macroeconomic modelling projects for both public and corporate clients, led teams designing scenarios for macroeconomic, financial market, and climate risk stress testing, and developed tools to support business planning.
Over time, I transitioned my focus to the climate transition and compliance carbon markets, building models to assess the financial exposure of companies to regulated carbon pricing mechanisms. More recently, I expanded expertise in both voluntary and regulated carbon markets and led projects that integrated climate transition risk into financial modelling frameworks.
I joined Veyt to apply my quantitative skills to the rapidly evolving carbon markets. I believe regulated carbon markets are a crucial policy tool in achieving a net-zero world. My goal is to help clients navigate these complex markets and make more informed decisions by providing transparency through data and predictive analytics.
