Trump slams tariffs on steel and aluminium – Europe vows to retaliate

New tariffs are to be imposed by the US on imported aluminium and steel products. The EU has signaled their intention to retaliate on targeted US products. The news has failed to move the carbon market significantly, though additional macroeconomic uncertainty may cause further downside risk.
