Leak: Commission updates rules for renewable hydrogen certification

The European Commission is set to present an updated version of the delegated regulation on the certification of renewable fuels of non-biological origin (RFNBOs) on 15 December 2022, supplementing the Renewable Energy Directive. We obtained a leak of the proposed regulation and provide a brief overview of the regulation, and offer a comparison with the previous version of the RFNBO Delegated Act from May 2022.
