Commission offers RFNBO clarifications regarding RES-E pathway

Earlier this year, the Commission laid out criteria for the production of renewable hydrogen in the RFNBO Delegated Acts. In summer 2023, the lawmaker offered further clarifications to the legislation, addressing questions from fuel producers and certifiers.
