Bulgarian power exchange IBEX plans GO trading platform by end of 2023

Bulgarian electricity exchange IBEX is planning to launch a platform for trade of guarantees of origin (GOs) by the end of the year, provided the country becomes a full member of the Association of Issuing Bodies (AIB).
