Serbia managed to fill its 400 MW wind capacity quota in the first auctions for market premiums. The solar quota was undersubscribed with only 11.6 MW awarded out of 50 MW on offer.
Investors did not bid the full capacity of their respective projects meaning that some capacity would not be supported and therefore would be able to receive guarantees of origin (GOs) upon commercial operation.
