Polish 2024 GOs shed 37 % in March as market remains under downward pressure

Polish 2024 vintage GOs lost 37 % in value over the past four weeks posting the biggest loss across all vintages, as evident from indicative prices recorded on 15 March 2024.

Polish prices plummeted across the board, mirroring the bearish trend in the AIB hub. Despite these declines, Polish GOs still maintain a slight price advantage over the AIB equivalents with premiums ranging from 5 % to 25 %.

Polish prices may experience further downward pressure in the coming weeks, but major fluctuations are not anticipated, given that Polish GOs have aligned closely with AIB EECS GOs.
