From Fossil Power to Green Hydrogen: The Spanish decarbonisation effort secured EUR 42 million EU support

The European Commission proposed a grant of EUR 42 million, under the Innovation Fund, to support the La Robla green hydrogen project, led by the Spanish utility Naturgy Energy Group SA and gas grid operator Enagas SA. The joint venture (JV) project will be located in the region of Castile and Leon.
