6,500 companies could be buying GOs to benefit from system charge reduction scheme

Over 6,500 companies received state aid for reduced electricity levies in 2023, contributing to rising demand for bundled and unbundled Guarantees of Origin (GO) in the EU. State-aid receiving companies form a solid industrial demand base for GOs and can be expected to drive demand for renewable electricity until the end of this decade.
