Slovakia is scheduled to auction around 203 GWh of Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) on May 5th, 2022, this will be its 7th auction. The auction will be managed by OKTE and the auctioned GoOs will be from subsidised renewable energy.
The GoOs would be sold in two lots and in total represent around 203 GWh of GoOs, with around 143 GWh GoOs from Hydropower and 60 GWh from Solar. The reserve price is set as 0.75 €/MWh. Compared to the previous auction, the total offered volume of GoOs has decreased by around 48%, most likely due to only production volume from Q4 the last year are being offered.
